Shipping and returns
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 14:00 GMT+1 are usually shipped out the same day. We ship with PostNL. All of our packages are shipped unmarked and have no reference to the product, therefore making your order worry free.
Australia, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, Russia, Thailand – may have to wait longer due to increased security measures at border crossing points.
Please note that products are shipped only on business days (Monday – Friday). This means if you placed an order on Friday night, it will be shipped on Monday.
European packages usually arrive in the end of the day, within 3-10 business days.
International Shipping: Please note that international mail will require extra time to arrive depending on your location. We are not responsible for custom delays or if your package has been returned due to your country’s regulations.
It is your responsibility as a consumer to know your local laws and regulations before ordering. There are many countries that allow hemp based products. Contact the local authority to verify that we can ship to your country.
Unfortunately, there is still stigma around hemp based products and some countries do not yet allow it. We hope that more and more countries will understand the power of hemp plant. Until it is legal worldwide, we advise you to be aware of your local laws and regulations.
Return and refund policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your Sativum purchase and our customer service. Please check your shipment upon arrival to be sure it was not damaged during shipping. Please get in contact with us in 48 hours if your shipment was damaged. You will have to provide us with the picture and detailed description within the time frame of shipping. Contact us at email@example.com.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return new, unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
